Dear Diary,

The authority isn't here much. He fiddles about with these metal chair thingys they put up in trees. I'm forced to scrounge with my brethren for any scraps I might find near the back shed. I'm losing weight fast. I think I'll walk across his windshield and leave some muddy prints so he remembers we're still here.

LOL...None of them are losing weight, I assure you. A couple of them look like small raccoons. I don't know how they do it, since they're essentially barn cats and are supposedly getting lots of fresh air and exercise, but I'd say add Friskies to your retirement portfoliios.
