I'm not a computer nutcase (no really), so what is the point of generating these things if they don't do anything? Or can't do anything?


I can understand if they could post crap azz links and push non site specific goods, just in case there is a DA that actually falls for the stuff.

I did change the message on one of our PennDOT message boards when I was on a job. Never fessed up to it at the time either.

It read;

"CAUTION....NEW TRAFFIC PATTERNS AHEAD.....DEAL WITH IT.....PS..........YOU SUCK"


Project managers from PennDOT were not real happy about it. They and our supt. were so pissed about it I denied any knowledge of it.
