YEAH, LISA AND I WENT DOE HUNTING LAST WEEK. WE BOTH WIFFED SHOTS ON BIG 4X4's HERS WAS A STEEP DOWN HILL SHOT AND MINE WAS STEEP UPHILL. I CLEAN MISSED BY A 1/4 INCH. NEVER EVEN SAW A BEAR THIS YEAR WHICH IS WHAT I WAS REALLY GOING FOR SO THATS WHY WE DECIDED TO SMOKE SOME DOES EARLY ON AND FILL THE FREEZER. WE ALSO SHOT 5-6 NICE GROUSE AND 1 RABBIT THAT PULLED MY HAMSTRING THAT I'M STILL HOBBLING ON
7.) crookedeye - 09/29/2013

8.) BULLZ-i - 09/29/2013
ABOUT EVERY 3 OR 4 YEARS I LIKE TO TAKE A DOE OR 2 JUST TO DO MY PART IN KEEPING THE POPULATION DOWN. SO WE HAD REALLY PLANNED DOES ALL ALONG BUT THEM BUCKS WERE SHOOTERS. I'M ACTUALLY GLAD WE WHIFFED AND ENDED UP STICKING TO THE PLAN. IT WAS A GREAT TIME AND VERY MUCH NEEDED BREAK FROM THE DAILY GRIND.
