Me and Swampster have traveled to several areas of California , Colorado and Nebraska. Several of these clips also include parts of NC, Michigan and Northern Canada. It is over 5000 frames put together for a time lapse video. Check it out and lemme know what you think. :)

I especially like the moon and sun shots (sun moving across antlers for example ) and the northern lights.
Also, the stars across the fence with antlers on it, or whatever that is. Are the flashes against the chimney/fireplace lightning? I liked the still shot of that that I saw. I see Reel Shot got smart and used your windmill time-lapse in their opening. That's really cool-looking. :tu: 4.) luv2bowhunt - 08/13/2013
I can't see it, because I'd have to change the Internet Protocol settings.....so, I like what I saw of it.:tu:

Cool

You are not funny anymore luv2!! :(
Change your settings.....it may change your life. :) Swampy , those flashes are pesky cars going by. That is the hearth & homeplace of my Grandfather. It was recently cleaned up around it. I shot that one around March i think this year. The stars & milky way over the antlers was done in Nebraska ,last september , while you were sleeping. Sucks getting up in the middle of the night to go get the damn camera! hardly get to sleep while im hunting as it is. Long days and short nights in Sept! 7.) Ventilator - 08/13/2013
Oh, and the (sun moving across the antlers) is actually the moon. That was approx 2am in Colorado last year. The beauty of delayed shutter speed. :)
8.) Swamp Fox - 08/13/2013
Flashes look cool even if they weren't lightning....My second guess was cars but lightning is more interesting, LOL
Glad to see some of the Nebraska stuff turned out good. I enjoyed my sleep, though. Wouldn't give it up for almost anything. :-) I probably should have figured out sun vs. moon by how the light changes toward the end of that sequence in Colo., but the building is in such clear silhouette I thought it was daylight! Pretty amazing. Good music choice, too, BTW. |
