So...it's technically a 3-pounder then?
Pretty cool. The neighbors must love you. 3.) mongoosesnipe - 06/15/2013
its actually a 10oz gun as it is scaled dimensionally and i had the bore sleeved with a seamless chrome-moly tube so it can safely fire projectiles
i have not chronoed it but i estimate about 1400fps which will yield about 20k ft/lbs i have an old water heater behind the barn that i am going to fill with water and shoot...more videos to fallow 4.) mongoosesnipe - 06/20/2013

I just got off the phone with Craig Boddington, and he thinks that's probably the minimum gun you want to use for big-bodied Midwestern whitetails. I'm not such a big gun kinda guy as he is, but I can see his point. That looks like a perfect gun for Texas and Southern deer though, plus we could use it to secede.
For an all-around gun for North American game, though, I think the 12-pound mountain howitzer is just about perfect. It probably wins all the campfire "if you could only have one gun" debates that I know of. But then again, what person in his right mind would want only one gun? :wink An internet oldie but goodie: http://www.buckstix.com/howitzer.htm 7.) Deerminator - 06/21/2013
