Yes, apparently it is a browser issue. I can see the videos with Firefox. Any advice? I can't talk to Microsoft tech support until this evening, but if there are some things I can do in the meantime I might give them a whirl. I think I might have accepted an IE upgrade recently...I guess I should figure out how to go back and get the old version again and see if that's the problem.

You might look at the security options. If you installed a new browser it might have some security settings that aren't allowing you to reach out. Just a thought. Make sure Javascript is enabled.
