Hi Billy. Glad to hear from you. Not sure why I've been out of touch. Been smoking some, but not as much as we would like. We put our house up for sale and with 3 dogs and 2 kids it's taken a lot of our free time keeping it clean for showings. I usually think about it after it's too late to brine/smoke something.

A friend of mine got one and did up some delicious wild turkey breasts we got this spring.
