The forum is setup to allow anyone to register instantly but there is one catch. You can ONLY post in the new members section at first. After you post here, you will be promoted to full access to the other sections. This is basically to keep the spammers contained to the one section.

It updates your access once every 10 minutes (sometimes less). So once you post here, you shouldnt have to wait more than 10 minutes and you can post everywhere.
