For three days, I've been trying to create an account so I can put my name in the hat/identity in the barrel ...

Still ain't got'r'done ... Some 60-year-old Georgia peach is gonna get an earful from me tomorrow when I get a chance to call down there ...

2.) Swamp Fox - 07/07/2022

I didn't get the usual grammaw working for state gummint today, but was on hold for about 15 minutes before anyone picked up. Maybe I'm not the only one having problems? (But then again, y'all know me ...)

Got a nice younger guy on the phone who fixed the problem quickly. Wanted to tell him they could use him over at Verizon. Not sure if he was in a call center or what, but he made sure I really wanted Georgia, LOL. Apparently a lot of people he talks to don't know they're calling for the Peach State (although SC slays Ga. for peaches the last time I checked). He told me about two folks recently, one from Idaho and one from Indiana, who he spent a lot of time with trying to solve problems before they realized they were calling Georgia somehow by mistake, LOL.

It makes me feel better to know that there are people out there more screwed up than I am ...

You're supposed to be able to do a points-only application (to accumulate preference points while you are unable to hunt) but I fail to see how.






What a phuckin disaster! No wonder they have a good football team...

So (as the kids say) I was able to get someone on the phone who figgerd out how to get me points-only ... I'll trust, but verify when I get a few minutes ...

Let's see if I can do it all by myself next year. I figure I need four points in Georgia.
