1.) DParker - 06/24/2022
The ruling released by the court today on the case of New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen, as summed up in the Holding:
New York’s proper-cause requirement for obtaining an unrestricted license to carry a concealed firearm violates the Fourteenth Amendment in that it prevents law-abiding citizens with ordinary self-defense needs from exercising their Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.
Effectively, New York will be a "shall issue" state (as soon as the state is able to comply with the decision), as will the remaining states that have similar "may issue" carry licensing schemes. There will be no need for fireworks this July 4th. All we'll need is the sounds of the anti-2A heads that will still be exploding at that time. 2.) Swamp Fox - 06/24/2022
LOL ...
I'd pay to watch Keith Olbermann's head explode. Oh, wait ... It already has. :re: (I invite everyone to look it up.) The guntard reaction has been spectacular. It's almost as if they don't know what common sense gun control means. |
