...many times by gun-control advocates that carrying a concealed handgun is useless against an armed agressor, because the agressor will always have the drop on you and you don't have a chance of reacting in time. But I'll post it anyway just so we can all share a moment of disbelief:

Maybe CHL holders who actually spend time at the range and practice with their weapons, and are able to put multiple shots COM when they need to have some little advantage over cluess thugs who simply assume that their victims will meekly fold and beg for their lives at the mere sight of a brandished gun.
