Looks good but I'm not sure better. Looks like you need an allen wrench to tighten/loosen the pivot point. The one I use is tool free.

Gotcha. For some reason I can never remember the name of the one you have, so I couldn't look it up.

I like that this is nice and compact, and at $15 the price is right.
