Disclaimer: I know absolutely nothing about this rangefinder, but the customer reviews are mostly pretty good...and saving $44 is always nice ($49 if you compare it to the $104 that WalMart is currently selling it for...or $85 less than the ridiculous $149.99 Cabela's lists it for). So if you're in the market then maybe this is a good opportunity.

Huh. I looked at it same day (or next) and--now that you mention it--it [B]was[/B] probably at least as low as $69.99. I don't remember $50. But I forgot about that, regardless, and they have it for over $90 now. (Here.)----Freakin'' Amazon algorithm.

I compared that to the (present) Dick's price.

I used to have a lot of coupons for Dick's. I used them at Field and Stream, though, because they had a better selection and to save myself the embarrassment.

Then the Field and Steam store closest to me closed, but there are still a lot of Dick's in the area.

If you have a Field and Stream anywhere, check that out. They're associated with Dick's, but much mo' better than dealing with Dick's. But if all you have is Dick's around you, it's good to know they'll front you a few bucks at least.

F&S is the outdoor gear wing of Dick's. Golf World or some such is their golf affiliate. You can use coupons and points and all that interchangeably. Or at least that was what they did around here until they closed the F&S near me last summer.
