Typical day in the PA 'woods'. He probably just got confused at the parking lot, thought it was the State Game Lands. Would've had about the same turnout at each place.

Not surprised by that story in the least. Only surprise to me is that he didn't have a cart full of Cheetos and Pennzoil to contend with before firing.

I'm neither Amish nor a Scrapple expert...and I didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night...but I read that to mean that the "mush" is just the result of boiling the cornmeal in the broth. Adding the meat and spices into that is what results in "Scrappel".

Delaware is also well known for Scrapple, we even have an "Apple Scrapple Festival" although I've never participated.
Scrapple is cooked a few different ways, in my opinion, cut thin and fried is best. It has to be crispy to suit my taste.
Just because pig lips and noses are used in the ingredients doesnt make it nasty!
