BTW, I've learned to really pay attention to the alcohol content breweries clearly label their beers with. I couldn't figure out how 1 flight of 4 small samplers followed by 2 pints of the one I liked the most had such an impact on my faculties...until I realized that the pints were a 12% ABV brew (Martin House's [i]Acheron[/i] imperial stout).
