The Vikings / GB game on Sunday night sucked. I mean I guess it was good for Minnesota...but it was a boring game to watch IMO. :-)

The Packers just don't look they did earlier in the season which is a bummer. I don't think New England is healthy enough to survive either.

The Vikings' defeat of the Pack was probably the highlight of my weekend. :-) Great game, though I admit I was worried they would blow it. The O-line played much better than usual and the secondary didn't collapse.

TCU avenges last year's disrespect....That was another great game. And hoo-boy!---TCU has some cheerleaders! Makes me all warm inside...LOL...I don't think they give up anything to Oregon's, who usually has some real hotties. The camera man on the Oregon sideline must have been gay or asleep this year, though, because I don't remember seeing much of the Oregon girls. That's the only thing I didn't like about that game, LOL.


I watched a lot of football this weekend. I missed a lot of bowl games this season---I counted 42 that I could have watched over the last several weeks --What's the point, with that many?--- Tar Heels and Florida State among the ones I missed......Of the games I caught in full or in part, this past weekend I enjoyed watching Ole Miss beat up on OSU...Iowa was a disgrace...They might as well have just put Nebraska in there...Razorbacks looked good in their chrome helmets, but I was hoping for the KSU marching band to do something naughty at halftime...

I am allergic to Clemson on at least two levels, but I have no great love for Bama. It would be a hoot, though, for the ACC to take a national championship from the SEC. I say that as a man with divided loyalties.
