Got this 6x6 mule deer on Saturday morning. Was an awesome hunt...I'm bit worn out after a very long weekend...but I thought I'd at least get the pictures posted. This was the bigger buck me and my son I saw last week - he finally slipped up when I saw where he bedded down. Long stalk, but I pulled off and shot him at 78 yards.



Last picture is the glory shot back home. Took me over 6 1/2 hours of hiking back to truck, getting game cart, and getting him back to truck. To say I was beat would have been an understatement!

Billy - that is my biggest mule deer point wise, I got a 3x4 some years back that is wider / taller and has more mass on the mains and points, but this one has the most points I've gotten to date.

I was actually amazed that picture came out as well as it did. I took it with my Samsung Galaxy 6 cranked up on the highest zoom I could...I was about 100 yards away at that point. I really didn't expect it to take so well - with the zoom up, it was tough holding that thing steady!
