This reminds me that I finally figured out how to put a ~ in a sentence, but I don't know how to put it over a letter where it belongs, LOL.
Also, I never can remember how to punch in any other kind of squigglies, either--like when we speak German around here--so don't try to tell me I have something against the Mexicans...

2) Select "All Programs" (if you don't click fast and just hover your mouse cursor over that option briefly, the list of programs and folders will pop-up by itself...either way works).

You can't add anything to an existing graphic symbol (letters, numbers, special characters, etc). You can only use symbols as they are. But if you'll scroll through what's available in the various fonts you'll find that the accented letters used by most languages already exist. For instance, the "ñ" ("n" with a tilde on top) can be found in the 9th row from the top, 16th column from the left in the table of "Ariel" (the first font displayed in my version of the Character Map applet) characters. You'll see many others as well. If you scroll all the way to the bottom you'll even find Arabic characters.
If you really want to get your geek on you can even get Klingon fonts. Qapla'!!!!

my first hunt when me dano ky and his buddy went..we woke up at like 400am..me and dano's buddy went with eli are guide..so we get to this spot and one of the girls drops us off..i get out of the truck and stretch and look for a private place to take a piss and enjoy the moment..before I no it... dano's buddy and the guide are like a hundred yards ahead of me headed for the dark timber, my pants are around my ankles as I hurried to catch up with them, it was pitch dark out..i was like whats the hury..
