1.) Swamp Fox - 09/11/2015
Was cruising the aisles at the Harris Teeter ahead of the weekend :wink and noticed a Styrofoam cooler outside the door of the pharmacy. Nice and thick and about the right size to fit in a large conventional cooler so you can separate items, like venison cuts or beer vs. sammich meat or fish. I asked what they do with them when they're done (this one had contained flu vaccine) and they said they had to throw them out---there was no way to recycle them. I asked if I could have it and they fell all over themselves to give it to me and said I was welcome to take others as they got them in.
This is not the first time a pharmacy has come in handy for me---[insert ointment or penicillin joke here]---I have often gotten droppers and dropper bottles from them, which I use for hunting and fishing scents, to say nothing of other containers for other things. If you have any Score! stories that would help a brother out, post them here. :pop: 2.) bluecat - 09/11/2015
All my score stories aren't suitable for the forum.
3.) Jon - 09/14/2015
We had a big party at the new house on Saturday and of course my wife invited a few folks from her office whom I either hadn't met before or hadn't remembered meeting. This woman shows up and seemed sane enough until a few drinks made it down her gullet. She started throwing around the f bomb and getting a little crazy. After about 10 drinks, she started letting it all out. She finally got our attention when she openly admitted that she was only there to find some men to satisfy orally. She even came out and said that she didn't mind being second fiddle and waiting her turn.
SCORE? I had no single guy friends there. Sorry swampy 4.) BULLZ-i - 09/14/2015

You should see if there's a Kansas State booster club or alumni association near you...They might not mind that you're a Cornhusker if you tell them that's just a euphemism....

LOL...
At the risk of getting a reputation as the Fred Sanford of the forum (too late? :wink) here's my latest score: At the HT earlier this evening, I saw a milk crate out in the middle of nowhere of the parking lot and immediately yelled to myself, "Score!" I use milk crates for all sorts of things, from camping to kayak fishing, and if you've ever tried to find a REAL crate in the past, you know they're hard to come by. Most crates you can buy here and there are too feeble to stand up to the elements, so you want the real thing. With the explosion in popularity of kayak fishing in the last five years or so (crates are used for lure boxes, rod holders, tools, etc.) solid milk crates are a little easier to find on line and ---if you're lucky---in certain sports shops, but it's still *nearly* a choice between stealing one from the back of a convenience store and risking a criminal record, or getting lucky on the web. :tap: So maybe that puts this Score! in perspective...LOL 23.) Swamp Fox - 09/16/2015
If I hadn't scored, this is where I would have gotten a few crates, since they're hard to find (legally) anywhere else around here:
