I haven't been watching the news the last few days. I heard about some flooding a few days ago but didn't know it had gotten worse...plus tornadoes. Hope all the Bowcountry/HuntingCountry family is okay.

The lake I live on is full for the first time in 5 years, the place I deer hunted last year behind the lake is under 10' of raging water, I'm sure they will come back, they always do although it's been a long time since floods moved them out like this.

How's the patio/inside of the house?

When we get high water here where we don't usually, it kills the undergrowth. It's like hunting in a desert the following fall. No browse---well, a lot less than usual. Anyway, I've noticed deer don't use it the way they usually do. I stay up above the high water mark when that happens. You can see it plainly months after the inundation.
