1.) Swamp Fox - 02/27/2015
I know we have some guys (or used to have some guys) who liked these stands a lot. Apparently the company was out of commission for quite a while for reasons I don't fully know, but they've transitioned to make some of the stands and parts available again through Buck Horn Outdoors, another NC company.
Here you go, for what it's worth: https://squareup.com/market/buckhorn-outdoor-products-llc 2.) DropzOfWild - 03/03/2015
looks to me that when you sit on the stand your feet hang out past the platform.... that may be a bit of an issue lol

I agree, that looks really funky unless the seat moves toward tree after climbing mode maybe. 5.) Swamp Fox - 03/03/2015
That's exactly what it does.
Also, many hunters, especially gun hunters, like to sit facing the tree for better cover and for a convenient gun rest. Usually, those stands will also have (or have available) a bar that can be used as a back rest or (when facing away from the tree) a gun rest. It wouldn't surprise me if this technique is more common here than in other parts of the country. 6.) Swamp Fox - 03/03/2015

What, you've never sat on the end of a diving board shooting arrows at rubber ducks? Same concept. :wink 7.) bluecat - 03/03/2015
I was never allowed out of the wading pool because of my bladder issues.
I wouldn't enjoy staring at a tree the whole time. 8.) BULLZ-i - 03/03/2015
