What do you have in your foodplots for deer in the late season? 8.) Ohbuckhunter - 01/04/2015
Spring time I plant clover, sugar beats , chicory
Fall I plant turnips , oats , winter wheat , clover , n a lil chicory. Next year I'm going to try beans n corn at my big plots. 9.) Swamp Fox - 01/04/2015
Do you see much difference in how the deer in your area use oats vs. wheat in the winter?

Wow, he's still alive. I thought maybe Kenny or HoosierDaddy went up there and kicked your butt so hard you couldn't stop rollin'. "Miss some of you guys" - Wow that's cold. There's only like 6 of us on here, so you don't miss all 6 of us. I see you're still cold-hearted, indifferent, and rude.:-) I've been posting some real informative, useful stuff. You've missed all of it. But then again, it wasn't meant for experts or owners of huge tracts of land.:tu: 11.) bluecat - 01/05/2015

Seems to like the oats better i feel. But to very honest i cant tell what there eating the most cause i just mix the seed together n broadcast it out.
Wow, he's still alive. Once in a while that question pops into my head right alongside: "Wonder how life has been treating you and Jess?"
Mr pack. I gave it up. To much of a hassle and people think it's killing and not hunting. I was doing it to help my Inlaws pay there taxes to be honest. Rather help them out our pocket than deal with the head ache. Things have been really good. We just don't have the time to do the shoots as we use to love to do. We choose to spend more time with our kids till they get big enough to go with us. We started a lawn care business about a year n half ago. It's slowly picking up so in another year or 2 we should have built it big enough to be comfortable. We try to get out in the woods as much as possiable to enjoy Mother Nature. Hope all is well and you need to come to ohio and hunt with us. I promise I'll give u more than just spam. ;) 16.) luv2bowhunt - 01/05/2015
He luvs spam, trust me.:wink
....and if you have any local Civil War reenactments, he plays a mean dead yankee. 17.) luv2bowhunt - 01/05/2015

When I come out there, I won't expect too much. A 140" class should not be too hard for you to put me on. Also, I would like a ride to my stand each day and if you can bring the coffee around at 9:00 AM, that would be perfect. I like my steak cooked medium, and ribeyes are my favorite. A fresh shoo-fly pie before bed each night would be a nice touch. 18.) Deerminator - 01/05/2015

You may remember I refused that gig. Had I been offered the role of a dead Yankee officer I may have considered accepting the role but then again ... that would have meant $5,000 worth of authentic reenactor gear which I figured was better spent on beer or hunting gear. Hey that's a country song right thar. "Beer & Hunting Gear" 23.) Pa bowhunter - 01/05/2015
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Dave, glad to hear all is good...
