How many of you have experience with this chamber? From what reading I have done, it seems to be a happy medium between 5.56 and .223. Is there any improvement in accuracy when firing .223, or loss of when firing 5.56? Anyone?

In theory the Wylde chamber offers the potential for some accuracy improvement vs a regular .223 chamber when shooting .223 ammo. But your ability to realize that improvement (and we're talking about differences that won't be noticable unless you're shooting at distances of several hundred yds or more) depends on you handloading for high precision. It also gives you the ability to safely fire 5.56, but a more commonly available 5.56 chamber will obviously give you that too.

I knew I could count on you for an answer. Much like I could count on you being ugly.

Oky, are you still headed down the .223 Wylde way?
5.) OKY - 03/11/2013
Not on this build but I am considering it in the future.

I strive to be dependable in both habit and appearance.
