im smoking rib-tips today basting them in honey then putting on my secret seasonings doing the 321 method..i got a masterbuilt smoker..it was built by a master..

I had a good one with family, I injected 2 turkeys with italian dressing & fried, lip smacking good. Keep the temp at 225* & the 321 method works great, also sprinkle on a layer of brown sugar when you wrap them after 3, be careful when you get ready to unwrap them, they'll fall off the bone.
