It's from a TV show...if you don't recognize it; then its kind of like a tree falling in the woods. LOL :-)

The segment I'm refering to was almost identical idea to the idea of this thread...

I was opening up HC, and a survey popped up. and a reward was offered if you did the survey. so,,, I clicked it,
did the survey and was given a choice of some really crappy stuff, age cream,some other crap, and the droid phone was
all gone. Did anyone else bump into a survey?
