Not in the toys section, mind you...but near the gun counter with the other pistol accessories. Words fail me.

It might, but it won't deflect that felony "Impersonating an officer" charge.
It might get Swamp Fox laid:-)
Hmmmmm....I hadn't considered that. In that case, $24.99 would be a bargain. 7.) billy b - 04/18/2014

Interesting since my Dad was a career police officer. Years ago when he retired he gave me his badge and I.D for safe keeping. He knows I'm a pack rat. In Virginia: Any person who falsely assumes or exercises the functions, powers, duties, and privileges incident to the office of sheriff, police officer, marshal, or other peace officer, or any local, city, county, state, or federal law-enforcement officer, or who falsely assumes or pretends to be any such officer, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. A second or subsequent offense is punishable as a Class 6 felony. (a) For Class 1 misdemeanors, confinement in jail for not more than twelve months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both. (f) For Class 6 felonies, a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than five years, or in the discretion of the jury or the court trying the case without a jury, confinement in jail for not more than 12 months and a fine of not more than $2,500, either or both. Hmmmmm....I hadn't considered that. In that case, $24.99 would be a bargain. 9.) Wild Bob - 04/18/2014
We'll read all about this when (God forbid) some one does something stupid with it.
(Hell, someone just might even try to start their own TEAM with one of this things.) |
